Lead Consultant

Job Description:

•    Lead the architecture and design of SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) solutions.
•    Define technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business strategies.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
•    Oversee the end-to-end delivery of B2B/B2C commerce platforms.
•    Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
•    Own solution design and conduct technical reviews and performance optimizations.
•    Drive integrations with ERP (e.g., S/4HANA), CRM, CDP, and third-party systems via APIs.
•    Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of architecture.
•    Manage code quality, CI/CD, release planning, and DevOps activities.
•    Support pre-sales, estimation, and proposal building for new business opportunities.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
•    12-14 years of experience in Java, Spring, and enterprise-grade platforms.
•    10+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), including architecture and solution design.
•    Strong expertise in OCC APIs, Backoffice customization, and Solr search.
•    Experience in architecting integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, and third-party systems
