Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNS/ATM Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

• Lead and manage CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions
• Manage project budgets and financial aspects, including forecasting and cost control
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout project lifecycle
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership
• Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systems

Qualifications

• UAE National
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing CNS/ATM projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment
• In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA)
• Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
