Job Description

• Operation in WAN environment
• Monitoring the IPLS/SD-WAN network
• Error detection and resolution, design
• Detection of systematic errors in the IP Platform, development of alternatives
• Implementation of Special Requested Changes
• Cooperation with the operational and developer squads, designing networks
• Network Optimization tasks, taking part in testings and new product releases
• Creating expert advisories for the upstream units
• Taking part in the different automatization projects (related to the IT systems or new products )

Qualifications

• University or high school degree
• Advanced German and/or English language knowledge
• Active advanced knowledge of Cisco and Juniper (CCNP|JNCIS/JNCIP)
• Specialist in IP routing protocols: BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EIGRP
• 5+ years of experience in incident and/or change management
