Guest Service Representative

Location: 1373 Union University Drive Suita !, Jackson, Tn 
Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Through working hard and having fun, we love to create a warm and welcoming place for our guests and employees, and with teamwork and guidance, we cultivate an incredible work environment for our team on a daily basis.  The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Guest Service Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for unique celebratory occasions and sells our delicious cakes. 

Accountabilities/Duties: 

• Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm
• Processes guest orders efficiently and accurately
• Assists the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed. 
• Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Compensation: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
