You’ll translate customer feedback into structured insights, manage onboarding and adoption, and establish the operational systems that allow the company to scale rapidly.
In this role you will:
- Build and oversee company operations with a hands-on approach to processes, playbooks, and KPIs - aligning expectations with internal teams, corporate partners, and investors.
- Partner with OEM customers during onboarding, deployment, and adoption to ensure successful enterprise rollouts and translate product usage into clear operational insights.
- Stand up internal infrastructure for finance, legal, HR, and back-office workflows, managing key vendors and partners.
- Serve as the connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering, structuring feedback loops that inform product roadmap and AI feature development.
- Establish and maintain operational systems (e.g., Notion, Zapier, reporting tools) that keep the business running efficiently.
- Own stakeholder reporting - preparing updates for leadership, partners, and investors on adoption, customer engagement, and operational metrics.
- Partner with leadership on special projects spanning GTM, fundraising, enterprise strategy, and operational execution.
- Demonstrated success building operational infrastructure in high-growth startups, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong background in customer success or implementation for B2B platforms (ERP, DMS, or supply chain software experience is a plus).
- Reputation as a well-rounded operator with exceptional organizational instincts — able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- High EQ, low ego: you can move between boardrooms and factory floors comfortably.
- Comfort working with OEM and manufacturing stakeholders, and ability to engage consultatively.
- Experience building and managing business systems from scratch across finance, HR, marketing, and operations.
- 3–5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or customer success within SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong program management and reporting skills - able to track outcomes across complex enterprise projects.
- Technical fluency with enterprise SaaS integrations and workflows, including APIs, ERPs, and CRMs.
- Background in product, consulting, customer success, or operations.
- Experience in fast-moving startup or consulting environments with multidisciplinary teams.
- Startup grit - willingness to wear multiple hats, operate solo early, and build structure from zero.
- (Nice to have) Exposure to supply chain, aftermarket, or manufacturing software.
- Play a foundational role in building a category-defining AI platform in a massive, underserved market.
- Work alongside top-tier founders, engineers, and corporate partners shaping the future of aftermarket operations.
- Gain significant ownership and growth opportunities at the earliest stage of a venture-backed company.
- Travel and engage directly with OEM partners, shaping how a real-world industry modernizes its infrastructure.
- Risk: Meaningful equity for team members and partners.
- Technology: Building and launching scalable software platforms from the ground up.
- Industry Focus: Tackling real-world operational bottlenecks with corporate partners deeply invested in success.
