Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (FFS)

We’re seeking a compassionate Fee for Service Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work for a nonprofit with strong BCBA leadership.  This will be a supportive and efficient environment with electronic data collection, safe behavior and management strategies to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children with autism.

Pay up to $55.81 per hour

Position Details:

• This is an FFS on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn, MI.
• Support a caseload with an average of 6 to 8 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Flexible schedule: Monday – Friday. Flexibility to set your schedule between 9am-7:30pm, Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
• Conduct parent training once a month.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Michigan BCBA Licensure
