We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support our fast-growing sales organization. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Salesloft. This person will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing tools and systems, generating insights, and ensuring our go-to-market team has the resources and data needed to hit their goals.

This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with sales leadership, BDRs, and account executives to improve efficiency, productivity, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce and Salesloft, ensuring clean data, streamlined workflows, and accurate reporting.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define, track, and analyze key metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, activity, attainment).
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations activities, including territory assignments, quota tracking, and sales forecasting.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency across the sales team.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead management processes and alignment with campaigns.
  • Train and support sales team members on tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting and enhancing sales tech stack performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales operations, revenue operations, or related experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and Salesloft (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams (BDRs, AEs, or enterprise reps).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
