We are currently seeking a Corporate In-House Legal Administrator to provide critical support to our in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse skill set, particularly in contract administration, legal language, and high-level computer proficiency. The role will involve a broad range of responsibilities, including assisting with general litigation and various legal documents and processes.


In This Role, You Will:
• Employment Law (ADA, FMLA, Title VII, etc.
• OSHA Compliance
• General Litigation (Construction, Collection, Contracts, Personal Injury, etc.)
• Corporate & Business Law
• Bankruptcy
• Processing, abstracting, analyzing, and administering Leases and other contracts

Your Qualifications:
• Experience with drafting, processing, and managing documents and records within a complex electronic document management system, ensuring accuracy and organization
• Able to collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong teamwork capabilities
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
• Experience with filing legal documents with courts in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a collegial and friendly atmosphere
• Manage time efficiently, effectively establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Show strong initiative and problem-solving skills, addressing challenges proactively with thoughtful solutions
• Follow instructions carefully and interpret guidelines to make informed decisions and take necessary actions
