What will you be doing?
• Analyze and interpret sales data: Provide insights across all channels to identify performance drivers and opportunities for growth
• Partner with Power BI & Data Optimization: Ensure dashboards and recurring reports provide visibility into key sales metrics
• Provide deep-dive analyses: Give guidance on conversion, traffic, assortment, and promotional effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with various groups such as merchandising, digital, store ops to align analytics with business strategies
• Identify and prioritize initiatives: Support the Manager in prioritizing analytics initiatives
• Lead test and learn analysis: Work with with cross-functional partners to identify and measure accurately
• Ensure data accuracy: Review and make sure consistency across platforms and reporting outputs

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, statistics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or retail analytics, preferably in an omnichannel environment
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
• Experience working with digital analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Familiarity with merchandising systems or retail planning tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences
