Sun Valley Co-op is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives across our retail operations. This role encompasses full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training; employee relations and engagement; performance management and career development; compensation, benefits, and payroll administration; HR technology management; and compliance with labor laws and Co-op policies. The successful candidate will collaborate with store managers, support staff development, maintain accurate records, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Co-op values.

Qualifications
