Barista - PT - Sun Valley Co-op

Sun Valley Co-op is recruiting for a new Barista at our Altona Gas Bar!

This Position Is Responsible For:

• Opening duties including cleaning & prep work
• Preparing our hot and fresh menu items so they are ready for customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Taking orders while paying attention to details
• Making high-quality coffee beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, americano, etc.) using an espresso machine
• Running our point of sale system

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, exceptional customer service, great communication skills, the ability to handle busy, high-stress situations, and experience as a barista.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a barista.

This is a part-time permanent position, with the potential to become full-time.
