BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician in Seattle, WA, for a diverse, inclusive team. What You’Ll Do
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers).
- Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate record-keeping.
- Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone.
What You Need
- US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident)
- 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience
EPA Certification
- Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required)
- Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restrictions.
- Constant professional, Great attitude, Team player, willingness to work, and learn!
