About The Role

Allocate is seeking an Implementation Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the successful client onboarding and ongoing services for our clients. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager in heart with a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. This role will drive operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall client experience. This position reports directly into the Head of Insights Operations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding

  • Lead and manage implementation projects, onboarding workflows, ensuring seamless integration of client investment data into the platform.
  • Oversee all operational workflows related to data processing, investor portal access, and reporting to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Data Quality

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of investment data before delivery to clients. 
  • Collaborate with the data operations team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Client Support

  • Act as point of contact for questions related to investor portal access, data processing, and reporting. 
  • Provide Account Managers with updates for client-facing communications.
  • Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance client experience.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to enhance platform capabilities and resolve client issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, client services in wealth management or other financial services sectors. 
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate stakeholders and drive execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficiency in task management tools and CRM systems. 

Plus If

  • Knowledge of investment data, portfolio reporting, and alternative investments (private equity, venture capital, real estate, hedge funds, etc).
  • Experience With Sql

Additional Details

  • Location: Palo Alto, CA. Must be able to work in-office 4 days a week. 
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 base + equity + benefits
  • Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, other relevant qualifications specific to the role, and internal equity and market data. Total compensation may include equity and discretionary performance-based bonuses based on individual, team, and company performance factors.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, responsible time off (RTO), 401k.
  • Employment: Full-time. 
  • This role will be subject to Allocate's Code of Ethics and related compliance obligations of Allocate.
  • Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, other relevant qualifications specific to the role, and internal equity and market data.
