• Manage outbound processes, including order prioritization, picking, packaging, staging, and shipping according to customer and branch requirements.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with approved carriers and monitor freight performance.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain leadership and the Regional Business Operations Manager to resolve operational or vendor-related issues.
• Oversee customer-facing activities such as walk-in orders, returns, and credits with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain inventory integrity through consistent cycle counts and corrective actions.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse layout, flow, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready to meet operational demands.
• Promote a safety-first culture and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility following 5S best practices.
What You’ll Bring
• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to four years of related warehouse management experience and/or training.
• Strong leadership skills with prior management or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with warehouse systems, order entry, and inventory control software.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
