SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of maintenance services delivered under a contractual agreement at a customer’s site. This role ensures all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with contractual requirements. Acting as a point of contact for the client, the Site Supervisor coordinates onsite staff, manages third-party vendors, assists the Site Manager to maintain strong customer relationships, and ensures compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and site-specific protocols. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Oversee all maintenance activities at the customer site to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality service delivery.
• Provides and demands a safety-first work environment applying discipline as appropriate and necessary to reinforce company safety standards
• Meets and exceeds established and agreed upon delivery schedules and project budgets across all site functions while maintaining a high level of productivity within the group.
• Assist the Site Manager all resource planning, capacity management, and scheduling of manufacturing operations to be executed at the site.
• Identifies potential project issues early and works collaboratively with project management and other functional leadership to solve issues with a high sense of urgency.
• Responsible for resource development across all site functions including performance management, training, development, and support of the interviewing process.
• Supervise and manage activities directly related to daily business and department functional needs.
• Develop, analyze, and deliver simple to complex information to direct reports.
• Effectively communicate daily schedules, goals, quality issues/ concerns between shifts to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Provide mentoring, leadership, and direction to employees under the lead’s supervision.
• Ensure individuals receive job-specific training and make sure personnel are compliant with all applicable training requirements.
• Assign work assignments based on daily department needs, ensure quality products are produced and successfully achieve department metrics.
• Assist management in establishing and achieving program goals and objectives for the department including continuous improvement projects.
• Any additional duties as reasonably assigned by management.


REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years in a progressive supervisory/leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Advanced technical mindset with vast experience in manufacturing practices and GD&T
• Detail oriented, logical, and methodological approach to problem-solving
• Ability to use analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking as appropriate.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated capability of maintaining effective relationships with all departments and employees in a matrix, team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail
• Ethical conduct with a high regard for confidential information
• PC/MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) proficient

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience leading maintenance teams preferred
• 5 years of experience in a maintenance role
• Ability to build rapport with clients, respond to concerns professionally, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing small projects, or handling service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Work with safe manufacturing processes and understand that eyewear is mandatory in the manufacturing area.
