Job Title:
Wwami Office Associate
Job Purpose:
Perform advanced office and administrative/management support tasks.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks and projects. Analyze, processes and maintain information as required.
- Perform administrative support duties at the WWAMI front office to assist students, staff, instructors and visitors as needed.
- Assist supervisor by researching problems and providing resolution(s) as directed.
- Organize data and oversee comprehensive office functions as required.
- Assist in preparing forms and reports regarding inventory, supplies and equipment; perform associated analysis and interpretations.
- Assist to coordinate and execute all WWAMI events-may perform a variety of marketing, public relations, and special event projects and tasks.
- Assist the Clinical Director with scheduling standardized patients.
- Taking photos during some student activities and some events as requested.
- Perform accounting duties involving procurement and travel as outlined by Supervisor,
- Coordinate scheduling and calendaring for the department.
- Be the point person for all website editing and assist with Social Media post as needed.
- Perform weekly proctor/sub-proctor role for medical student examinations.
- Perform special projects, as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2 years progressively responsible work-related experience
Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience using: Wyocloud software experience or ability to learn, website design or social media management, coordinating events, experience in maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments, experience using standard office equipment or ability to learn, experience working with little or no supervision, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary commensurate with Experience.

Work Location:
On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work on campus.
