This position will be responsible for aggressively growing sales to a group of national strategic clients that either purchase or have headquarters in a given geography.
- This role will initiate and develop strategic account plans, while creating and maintaining relationships with key executives at clients headquarters and regional offices.
- This position could serve multiple market segments, or be dedicated to a sole segment, i.e. homebuilders, multifamily property management, hospitality, healthcare or others.
- Must be able to evaluate growth and improvement opportunities and establish a strategic direction taking into consideration resources, constraints, and organizational values.
- Must be able to assemble SW resources, execute strategic agreements through our field organization andcommunicate account priorities to each of the divisions.
- Must be able to deliver impactful and compelling presentations capable of affecting the actions, thoughts and beliefs of the audience thereby positioning SW as a trusted partner.
- Effectively reach mutually satisfactory solutions, both internal and external, through negotiations that strengthen relationships and advance goal attainment effort
- Creates a good first impression, commands attention and respect, while demonstrating confidence. Earnscredibility through consistent communication, execution and performance.

Formal Education: Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management, communications, education, human resources, orrelated field KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:
- Demonstrated significant successful sales and marketing experience.• Significant successful sales and marketing experience required. Have demonstrated a proven abilityto create high level client relationships. Preferred:
• The Americas Group District-level Management experience.
• Proven experience in managing numerous priorities and multiple projects in a fast paced
environment.
• Bi-lingual or multi-lingual
• Experience as a successful District, Sales or City Manager, or equivalent

- Must be knowledgeable in computer systems (MS Office - Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access)
