This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Monday - Friday Flexible anytime between 8am - 6pm EST

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)

Scope:

  • Target market of 85,000 chiropractors across US and Canada.
  • Initial goal to reach 13,000-15,000 prospects.
  • Focus on single product (Back Vitalizer) initially.
  • Future expansion planned to physiotherapists and independent pharmacies.
  • Performance-based role with potential commission structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to chiropractors in US and Canada via phone and email.
  • Generate interest and qualify prospects for the Back Vitalizer product.
  • Secure commitments from chiropractic clinic owners (decision makers only) to try free demo units.
  • Book appointments and calls for closing opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide reporting on outreach performance.
  • Perform consistent follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Handle gatekeepers and navigate to reach clinic owners and decision makers.
  • Present the value proposition of risk-free product trials to healthcare professionals.
  • B2B sales and lead generation experience is a must, preferably in healthcare or professional services

  • Strong communication skills and articulate phone presence.
  • Experience with prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
  • Understanding of business-to-business sales processes.
  • Capability to qualify decision makers and navigate organizational hierarchies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for healthcare professional outreach.
