This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday; Flexible during business hours of Houston Time, 4 hours per day. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the social media strategy for the client's brands.
  • Use AI tools to generate, personalize, and optimize engaging social media content (posts, graphics, videos).
  • Manage content calendar and campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide recommendations to boost engagement.
  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering an active community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for brand-aligned messaging.
  • Organize tasks and project updates via Trello; send daily end-of-day reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Canva AI, etc.).
  • Skilled in content creation (graphics, short-form video, captions).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking performance.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
