As a Construction Manager at Worley, you will lead and coordinate all on-site activities associated with the successful delivery of medium-scale projects in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. These projects are critical to advancing our purpose—delivering a more sustainable world. Located primarily at project sites, you will be accountable for the safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of construction activities, field engineering, site procurement, and administrative functions. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainability-aligned outcomes that support the transition to cleaner energy and resource solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all phases of site-based construction activities in alignment with project execution plans, ensuring integration with Worley’s sustainability and safety objectives.
  • Lead field engineering, procurement, construction supervision, and site administration to ensure timely, quality-driven project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of safety, performance excellence, and continuous improvement across construction teams, contractors, and partners.
  • Implement and monitor site management systems, tools, and processes that support high levels of operational integrity and environmental compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, procurement, and commissioning teams to achieve coordinated execution.
  • Serve as the primary site interface for project leadership, client representatives, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders.
  • Resolve site-level challenges through informed, pragmatic decision-making, drawing on a broad understanding of construction best practices and project controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop site-based teams, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
