The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating effectively between customers and service technicians; ensuring the customer’s needs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner while providing superior customer service.
This is a rotational position 7 days on working from 7 pm – 7 am, then 7 days off.
- Responsible for answering the phone and talking directly to customer to receive information concerning the job.
- Liaise as required with customers and technicians.
- Communicate effective and provide superior customer service
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries
- Responsible for dispatching technician and communicating with customer on ETA.
- Responsible for entering in tickets in D365 and Work Orders in myMaintenance
- Understand and comply with all legal requirements and company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Quality and HSES, etc.
- Financial responsibilities will be communicated by manager and/or local or global Delegation of Authority, when applicable
- Compliance with all Nabors Policies, Systems, and Standards, including, but not limited to: Compliance and Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Quality and HSE, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Organized and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert level Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word skills, phone and filing duties
- Ability to interpretate and understand geographic information portrayed on a map.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product knowledge with Catwalks, Top Drives and Wrenches
- Previous dispatcher experience and/ or experience with drilling equipment.
- Spanish speaking

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
