Job Summary:
The Oracle HRIS Senior Analyst is responsible for the advanced configuration and management of HR systems. This role includes leading projects, developing complex reports, and ensuring data integrity. They work with business users to define standard reports, test those reports and update as needed. The Senior HRIS Analyst develops and implements validation and testing plans to ensure functionality meets HR requirements. They also provide expertise in areas of current and emerging capabilities and general HR systems technology trends.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
- Develop and maintain complex HR reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and troubleshooting.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to HR staff.
- Drives the effective reporting and data analysis programs for business users.
- Develops and delivers communications and training for HR systems.
- May act as project lead on local projects.
- Ensures HR system reflects correct employee, job, and organization detail.
- Conducts system/data audits and corrects errors uncovered.
- Participates in testing of new modules / functionality and assists with rollout.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize HRIS functionality.
Minimum And/Or Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field expected.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with the implementation and/or support of Oracle HCM
- Advanced knowledge in the one or more of the following Oracle HCM modules
- Core HR
- Talent
- Absence Management
- Compensation
- Recruiting
- Experience with HDL data loader
- Experience creating reports and dashboards utilizing OTBI or SQL
- Advanced proficiency in database management and SQL.

- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers.
- Strategic Reporting: Creating strategic HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Leadership: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior HRIS team members.
- Strategic Thinking: Contributing to the strategic direction of HR technology initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Change Management: Leading change management efforts related to HRIS projects and upgrades.
- Problem-Solving: High-level problem-solving skills for complex technical and business challenges.
