Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Senior Product Data Engineer on our Research, Development and Innovation team to develop data flow and digital solutions within a cross functional product development team. There has never been a more exciting time to work in research and development at Andersen. This engineer will be an integral member of the New Product Development team. The purpose of this role is to develop data strategies for new product and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation to company or business partners on resolution of critical complex business problems, defining business processes and researching/identifying customer requirements, best practices and enabling technology.
- Partners with Information Technology to ensure Product Data Architectures meet design intent.
- Translates program / project data requirements into conceptual data solutions, collaborate on target solutions, and executes data engineering work.
- Shows independent creativity and initiative for business and organizational contributions.
- Drives discussions and decisions on overall project objectives with managers and other functional leaders.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead activities on technically challenging assignments
- Develop multiple concepts related to meeting a customer need
- Collect, analyze, and display data to drive product development decisions
- Evaluate and recommend engineering and data solutions
- Create and present reports summarizing technical analysis and business viability to varied audiences
- Maintain primary technical communication responsibility, lead tactical discussions, and effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
Qualifications And Skills:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science
- Experience working on cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience partnering with and translating between engineering and IT teams
- Strong aptitude for process improvement, problem solving, data analysis & visualization, technical execution, and project management
- Experience working with ERPs and MES
- 5-15 years engineering or technical experience
Nice-To-Have Qualifications:
- Experience as a product design engineer
- Experienced knowledge of lean, manufacturing, design, and quality systems
- Experience as a design or project lead on a cross-functional engineering team
- Experience with BAAN and LN ERP and Rockwell MES
COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $99,216 - $153,784.

PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
