Analyze commission statements, review attributes mapping and key metrics logic/calculations to ensure they are aligned to the requirements • Review and approve the mapping document and validate data in test environment prior to UAT signoff • Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements, coordinate mapping and review activities, UAT and issue resolution activities
Analyze commission statements, review attributes mapping and key metrics logic/calculations to ensure they are aligned to the requirements • Review and approve the mapping document and validate data in test environment prior to UAT signoff • Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements, coordinate mapping and review activities, UAT and issue resolution activities • Maintain clear documentation of data validation processes, business rules, data dictionaries and known data issues • Automate data validation processes using tools such as Alteryx, SQL or Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors • Implement validation rules, thresholds and quality checks aligned with business requirements to ensure data integrity and accuracy • Continuously improve validation processes to align with evolving data sources and reporting needs • Support the establishment of data quality standards, metrics and SLAs • Track, monitor, report progress and audit team results to ensure consistent quality and identify knowledge gaps; Lead root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and leadership, providing regular updates on the initiatives, issues, risks and resolution strategies
Bachelor's/Master'2 to 5 years of experience in data governance, quality and data management
- 2+ years’ experience in the Insurance Industry preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, database technologies, SQL, Alteryx, or other programming languages for data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong technical, analytical skills and problem-solving skills with attention to detais in any stream 2-5 years
