We're seeking a strategic HRIS Business Analyst to join our Oracle Cloud HCM Application Support Team, championing Citco's global payroll digital transformation initiative. As a key member of the team, you'll architect and deliver a best-in-class, unified payroll ecosystem leveraging Oracle HCM as the enterprise backbone. Reporting to the VP of HR Business Analysis, you'll drive global process harmonization, multi-vendor ecosystem consolidation, and end-to-end HRIS integration. This role offers the opportunity to lead business process reengineering efforts that will transform our global payroll operations through enterprise-scale optimization and continuous improvement methodology.  

Your Role:

Strategic Project Implementation

  • Drive the implementation of our global payroll transformation strategy, focusing on: 
  • Standardization of payroll processes across regions 
  • Integration of multiple payroll vendors with Oracle HCM 
  • Consolidation of payroll systems and vendors 
  • Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews 
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and integration specifications 
  • Lead initiatives to consolidate disparate payroll data from multiple global locations into a unified, streamlined structure 
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement a global payroll governance framework, establishing control mechanisms, approval matrices, and standard operating procedures that ensure consistency, compliance, and risk management across operations 

System & Process Optimization 

  • Lead the optimization of Oracle HCM modules to maximize platform utilization aligned with payroll requirements 
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across the payroll ecosystem 
  • Research and recommend innovative payroll solutions and industry best practices 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular process reviews and optimization 
  • Work with Payroll SMEs to design and implement standardized global payroll processes 
  • Optimize employee self-service functionality for payroll 
  • Identify and eliminate redundant processes across regions to create standardized, efficient workflows 
  • Assist in the establishment of modernized best practices for global payroll operations 
  • Lead end-to-end UAT cycles, including test scenario development, script creation, and coordination of testing activities across global teams 
  • Manage UAT documentation, defect tracking, and resolution processes, ensuring thorough validation of system changes and integrations 

Integration & Data Management 

  • Design and implement automated data consolidation processes to merge information from various global payroll and benefits sources into Oracle HCM 
  • Establish global data standards and governance procedures to ensure consistency across regions 
  • Ensure seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data integrity 
  • Develop strategies for consolidating employee compensation data into a single source of truth 
  • Design and implement robust data validation and reconciliation processes 
  • Monitor and optimize integration performance and reliability 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Support the Reporting team in gathering and documenting reporting requirements from global stakeholders 
  • Collaborate with the Reporting team to ensure data structures and integrations support reporting needs 
  • Participate in testing and validation of reports and dashboards 
  • Provide subject matter expertise on payroll data elements and business logic 
  • Help define and validate payroll KPIs and metrics for global reporting 
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in source systems to enable accurate reporting 

Stakeholder and Change Management 

  • Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment 
  • Facilitate change management activities related to new processes and systems 
  • Lead training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users 
  • Coordinate with vendors, functional teams, technical teams, and business users to ensure successful implementation 
  • Build consensus among global stakeholders for standardized processes and data management approaches 

About You:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with focus on payroll systems and demonstrated success in large-scale payroll transformation projects 
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM payroll modules; related certifications preferred 
  • Deep understanding of global payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements 
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools including OTBI, Excel, and experience with system integrations and API technologies 
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and system integration projects 
  • Proven track record in process optimization, change management, and project delivery 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels 
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a global environment 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field 
  • Experience managing project workflows and documentation in JIRA and Confluence, including creating and maintaining project spaces, tracking issues, and establishing documentation standards for payroll initiatives 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy 
  • Track record of building strong relationships across business units and geographies
