What You Will Do:

  • Troubleshoot and provide support for print stations and supervisor stations.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled IT equipment installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve PC issues across the site.
  • Ensure IT security compliance by following company policies and industry best practices.
  • Provision, configure, and install workstations and administrative PCs.
  • Assist the IT Admin in CMH and the Global Head of Infrastructure with server management, backups, installations, and updates.
  • Perform network cable installations and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain IT support documentation.
  • Monitor, organize, and manage IT inventory for the Phoenix site.
  • Participate in U.S. and global IT meetings.
  • Collaborate with Picanova Inc. and Picanova GmbH IT teams as required.
  • Provide on-floor IT support to the Production Team when needed.

Preferred Background:

  • 1–3 years of IT help desk or technical support experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and production-floor equipment (scanners, printers, labelers).Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, networking basics, and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience supporting shift-based or high-volume operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
