We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Analytics to drive innovation and measurable business impact across our commercial marketing organization. This Marketing Analytics role, within the Global Marketing Engines and Experiences team, is integral to enabling frontier full-stack and discipline marketers through a modern suite of intelligent analytics tools known as the Marketing System of Learning (SOL).
The Marketing System of Learning delivers unified data and real-time insights through shared language, integrated data engineering, and closed-loop learning. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for SOL, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact analytical tools across the marketing funnel, accelerating adoption and usage of SOL within our commercial and global marketing teams, and shaping the development of AI agent use cases, workflows, and business requirements.
This role is part Product Management and part Product Marketing. As a Product Manager, you will own and lead the product roadmap for a subset of products within the System of Learning. You will work with data engineering, data science, analytics, and AI center of excellence to ideate, onboard new data sets, unlock new AI capabilities, and influence UX that drives Marketer MAU. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our business stakeholders and marketing SMES to deeply understand their business, analytics needs, and how they are using the System of Learning. You will co-write business requirements and ensure that business requirements come to fruition through your partnership with the technical development teams. You will also lead the development of value props, exec comms, and drive landing and readiness through writing, video, and live sessions, with a focus on Marketer MAU.

Responsibilities
Develop best-in-class Marketing System of Learning
In this role, you’ll own and drive the product roadmap, from ideation to execution, keeping your customer, Microsoft Marketers, at the forefront of all design, focusing on new capabilities with global impact that accelerate executive decision-making. You will be the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs, how they work, the decisions they are making, and translating those into business requirements for the technical teams. You’ll solicit feedback, socialize ideas, and collaborate across a complex set of business stakeholders as you ideate and create business and technical requirements. Partner with technical teams to craft and deliver BRDs, with deep knowledge of business impact, ensuring every solution aligns with business priorities. Key outcomes will be new capabilities that drive marketing MAU and increased product satisfaction.
Lead the Marketing Champs Community
Build, nurture, and activate an amazing community of SOL Champions, who sit across all the commercial business and global regions, to accelerate adoption and advocacy across the PMM organization. Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing collaboration to ensure rapid time-to-value and continuous improvement.
Deliver Marketing Enablement
Bring your creative side to write content, create tips & tricks videos, lead demos and lead live presentations. Marketing enablement is critical to ensure marketers can quickly use and get value out of new capabilities and features so they can drive their business forward!
Innovate with AI and Agentic Workflows
Partner with the AI Center of Excellence to define business requirements for agentic marketing workflows, driving automation, efficiency, and strategic impact. You’ll use marketer case studies to understand how marketers are using analytics to make decisions and trigger actions, then develop Agentic use cases to streamline workflows to
Cultivate Stakeholder Alignment
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across product marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing, and your technical teams to deliver future-forward ideas for marketing measurement and decision making. Align cross-functional teams around shared objectives through influence, collaboration, and clear communication.
Organize Project & Self-Management in Ambiguity
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high levels of ambiguity. Demonstrate strong project management skills and self-leadership to drive progress amid evolving business priorities.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience in commercial/B2B digital marketing.
- 4+ years experience in commercial marketing analytics and data KPIs.
- 2+ years utilizing project management skills and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

Business Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
