We’re looking for an experienced regional manager to head up our EMEA Order Management team-someone who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and driving results.
Based in Copenhagen, you’ll guide a diverse group of professionals who work closely with our sales teams to support our partners across the region as they transact with Milestone. You’ll be the go-to person for complex order challenges, process improvements, and team development. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the Americas and APAC, making sure our global standards are met while bringing your own ideas to the table.

What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the EMEA Order Management team, ensuring high performance and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions and teams.
- Oversee daily operations of Order Management, including order processing, invoicing, license management, etc.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds global Order Management KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement in quality and speed of resolution.
- Implement new processes and/or drive business process maturity, scalability and procedures in alignment with global Order Management counterparts in the Americas and APAC regions.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and global Order Management colleagues to support sales initiatives and operational excellence.
- Support the EMEA Order Management team on complex transactions and business escalations, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction while enforcing business rules and policies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Act as escalation point for complex order issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Represent EMEA OM in global projects and cross-functional initiatives.
What do you need to have to apply?
- 3-5 years of proven people leadership skills, ideally with experience managing teams in a global B2B environment and/or within a channel sales go to market strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset.
- Experience driving change management and process optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic projects with daily operational needs, maintaining high quality and productivity.
- Customer-centric approach and strong service orientation.
- Experience in SaaS/software or technology sector preferred.
The Team
The EMEA OM team is part of the Global Order Management organization within GSO, collaborating closely with teams in Americas and APAC. The EMEA OM team is in Copenhagen, Denmark and Sofia, Bulgaria, working in a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic atmosphere. The Order Management team is primary focus is on order handling, sales support, and partner engagement for the entire EMEA region, with direct contact to partners and close cooperation with the global OM and sales teams.
The Order Management team is responsible for supporting daily business operations, driving process improvements, and contributing to new business development initiatives. As part of the global OM team, EMEA Order Management plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer and partner experiences.
The EMEA OM Manager reports to the Director, Global Order Management, located in the United States.
5-10 days of expected travel annually, primarily between the Copenhagen and Sofia offices.
