Who We Are
We’re Critical Control, a family-owned disaster recovery and restoration company out of California with national reach and explosive growth. We don’t do average. From commercial portfolios to Fortune 500s, we show up when others can’t, and we deliver.
We’re scaling fast, and San Diego is our next frontier.
This branch will start lean: a small, high-output team with massive upside. You’ll be the one leading the charge.
The Mission
- Launch, grow, and lead Critical Control’s San Diego branch from the ground up.
- Own the P&L. Build $1.5M+ in new revenue fast. Deliver best-in-class service every single time.
You’ll have a Lead Tech and Helper to start, but this is your market to build. You’ll be hiring, training, selling, and executing to set the standard for what a Critical Control branch should look like.
What You’Ll Do
Sales & Growth
- Drive branch sales from zero to $3M+ in the first 12 months.
- Personally produce $1.5M in revenue through direct sales and relationship development.
- Prospect, close, and manage key commercial accounts with relentless follow-up.
- Maintain client relationships with an NPS score of 60+.
- Build local market visibility through networking, community engagement, and reputation building.
Leadership

- Lead from the front by motivating, mentoring, and developing your team to perform at a high level.

- Write and review estimates for accuracy, margin, and profitability.
- Maintain health and safety compliance and ensure field readiness.
- Source, vet, and manage subcontractors to meet quality and speed standards.
- Oversee project documentation, QA/QC checks, and customer satisfaction.
Project Management
- Be ready to jump in. Early-stage operations will require field involvement.
- Run quality control on active projects and close jobs cleanly and profitably.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through communication and follow-up.
P&L Ownership
- Own the branch’s financial performance including revenue, gross profit, and expenses.
- Build budgets, manage costs, and hold team members accountable to targets.
- Review weekly financials and KPIs such as DSO, GP, EBITA and course-correct quickly when needed.
