We are looking for Project Coordinator/ Project Executive (at the rank of Senior Research Assistant/ Research Assistant I) in the School of Public Health (Ref no.: 533368) to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
The Role
The appointee will provide support to Program Directors to organize and maintain accreditation-related documents, reports and records, assist in facilitating communication between various stakeholders involved in the accreditation process and perform day-to-day administrative duties and other duties as assigned. Qualifications And Qualities
- possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in social sciences, communications, business, or related disciplines, with at least 3 years’ work experience;
- a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good number skills and IT proficiency (e.g., MS Office and database);
- self-motivation with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills;
- able to prioritise and multi-task efficiently to meet tight deadlines;
- attentive to details, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team;
Those with less experience may be appointed as Project Executive. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
