Here at UCP we are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager! This role is responsible for developing, designing, creating, and executing marketing plans to support awareness, growth, and expansion of the UCP programs. Chosen individual will also be responsible for networking with community members and managing UCP's social media pages. Requirements

Required

• Minimum of five years’ experience in the field or a minimum of Associate’s Degree in marketing or related field with a minimum of three years’ of experience.
• Experience in all marketing mediums including but not limited to print advertising, digital media advertising and familiarity with maintaining websites and social media pages.
• Graphic design experience required.
• A valid State of Maine driver’s license, reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance and be willing to use his/her reliable transportation for work.
