What You’Ll Do:
As the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily pharmacy technician operations, guiding a team that supports the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. You’ll bring leadership, organization, and compassion to your work — helping maintain a smooth, patient-centered pharmacy environment. Your work will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of Pharmacy Technicians through recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance support.
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service.
- Managing pharmaceutical inventory, purchasing, and stock control to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Supporting the Pharmacy Director with daily operations, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Helping uphold PTHA’s mission of providing culturally grounded healthcare that supports the wellness of our Native community.
What You Bring:
- Associate’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or completion of an employer-sponsored Level A Pharmacy Technician program.
- Three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Three (3) years of experience managing pharmacy inventory or acting as a pharmacy buyer.
- Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
