In this leadership role, you’ll guide and mentor maintenance staff, manage preventative and emergency repairs, and ensure our homes and grounds remain in excellent condition. What We're Looking For

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Maintain reliable vehicle with required insurance that can transport tools and supplies.
  • Possess basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and general repair skills.
  • Possess a basic tool kit.
  • Comfort with technology in general in order to work with Agency tools and systems, as well as building-specific controls and systems.
  • Available for questions and to support technicians handling emergencies after hours and on weekends/holidays as needed; availability to work on-call schedule if necessary.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), non-exempt position. Pay range is $31.50 - $36.50 hourly.

Work Location

This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those south of Saco, ME and into New Hampshire.
