• Job Status: .8 (32 hours per week) or part-time possible
• Salary: $19.00-21.00 per hour

Schedule: MF, 8am4:30pm

• Physical Setting: Patient's Homes/ Facilities
• Benefits: Full benefits plan plus a company car! (status dependent)
• Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin  

Requirements

• CNA license in State of Wisconsin
• High School or equivalent required
• Current Driver's License
