Manager Indirect Procurement

PGW Auto Glass is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and governance of indirect procurement activities across the organization. This role will oversee systems and processes supporting capital expenditures, indirect goods and services, and related procurement applications.

You will be responsible for optimizing vendor relationships, leading RFPs and bid events, managing contracts, and ensuring business units follow best practices to achieve cost savings and improved compliance.

PGW Auto Glass is North America's most comprehensive distributor of automotive replacement glass, specialty parts, shop accessories, and digital services, including exact-matching VIN decoding and installer business services. The company operates over 150 branches throughout the U.S. and Canada. Offering same-day and overnight deliveries, PGW Auto Glass serves automotive glass installers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage indirect procurement systems (Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories, including capital equipment, IT, professional services, facilities, and MRO.
• Lead RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations to deliver the best total value and mitigate risk.
• Partner with business units to align sourcing activities with operational and financial objectives.
• Drive compliance with procurement policies, ensuring all purchases align with company strategy and budget goals.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and standardize supplier engagement across departments.
• Maintain a robust governance model for supplier onboarding, contract renewals, and spend visibility.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to forecast spend and measure savings.
• Continuously improve system utilization, workflow efficiency, and data accuracy within procurement applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in a multi-location or manufacturing/distribution environment.
• Strong working knowledge of procurement systems (Coupa, Oracle, SAP Ariba, or similar).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
