Your Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales growth in Italian DIY and home improvement market, ensuring achievement of business development and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute the Italian channel strategy in alignment with the company’s overall objectives — covering all key channels such as national DIY chains, distributors, and independent dealers.
  • Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with major DIY chains (e.g., Leroy Merlin, OBI, Bricocenter, Bricoman, Bricofer etc.), ensuring mutual growth and high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and open new accounts in areas or chains where the company has not yet established presence.
  • Lead channel and product planning, including assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies tailored to the Italian market.
  • Plan and execute quarterly and annual sales plans, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, service, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales and channel activities.
  • Support capability building in retail excellence, in-store marketing, and sales effectiveness to strengthen overall channel performance.
