Job Description

• Responsible for the management and control of all warehouse and receiving activities. 
• Coordinates all transactions for the receiving dock and warehouse. Ensure that goods 
• received are in accordance with the purchase order. Ensure the proper handling, storage, 
• and rotation of all supplies on property. 
• Responsible for the development and implementation of control procedures to ensure 
• that assets are appropriately safeguarded.
• Ensure adequate controls are in place regarding issuance of products and goods to 
• maintain accurate accountability of goods.
• Make recommendations to management regarding procedural enhancements to 
• ensure the continued effective operation of assigned functions.
• Maintain and control proper inventory levels.
• Ensure that all documentation is complete on products received.
• Manage staff to meet all pickup, delivery, and receiving functions.
• Coordinate and assist in the inventory process.
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a warehouse/distribution 
• center environment.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Stratton Warren experience preferred.
• Able to operate a forklift, pallet jack, weigh scale, pull-cart, hand truck.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as 
• required by local gaming regulations.

• Is this position responsible for selling, serving or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they 
• have comp authority? No
• Do employees in this position have contact with gaming patrons on the gaming floor? No
