How You’Ll Work
- Location: Onsite (200 Republic St, Birmingham, AL 35214)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $19.50-$25.50 per hour. A final offer amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location.

CRST’s Asset-Light (Flatbed) Division is a fast-scaling, entrepreneurial unit within one of the nation’s leading transportation companies. As an Agent Development Administrator, you’ll support the operational backbone of CRST’s agent network. You’ll manage agent and carrier onboarding, coordinate permits, oversee reporting, and ensure all systems and workflows run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and collaborating across departments to get things done.
What You’Ll Do
- Coordinate agent onboarding, carrier setup, and permit requests
- Manage agent credentials, profiles, and system access
- Compile and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual reports across the agent network
- Create agent contracts, manage signatures, and request tool access
- Deliver process training and ongoing administrative support
- Share updates and operational guidance with the agent network
- Provide backup support for peer workflows when needed

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing detailed workflows, documentation, and reporting
Preferred
- Associate degree or applicable work experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or administrative support
- Familiarity with CRM, reporting, or workflow tools
