Inside Sales Customer Service

Communicate issues or suggestions for improvements and assist in the creation, implementation, and documentation of procedures and processes that optimize accuracy and efficiency in processing information and assistance requests, drawing requests and general customer support.

Collaborate with Sales team and Operations Management to develop a cooperative and effective partnership in project sales; including follow up and sale execution.

Strive to achieve key performance measures and benchmarks, established goals and action plans, through measured and reviewed performance, and corrective action on performance gaps and other issues.

Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key account personnel to ensure open communication, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Establish and maintain a strong partnership with key vendor personnel.

Maintain product knowledge, current technical and product application knowledge.

Keep supervisor promptly and fully informed of escalated or unusual matters of significance.

Maintain a clean and organized  environment

Answer phones and conduct business in a professional manner and use all forms of communication verbal, written, and electronic, in a clear and precise manner to sustain a compelling and inspiring vision.

Through conversation with the customer, determine their specific needs or issues, to resolve problems or to enter their order.

Follow company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.
