Qualifications

• work experience in the automotive industry with sound overall Business Process and IT solution knowledge
• ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional and international team environment
• experience in leading an expert team or project team
• living motivation and empowerment of people
• analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions with state-of-art technologies
• self-organization, structured, responsible, entrepreneurial, goal & future-oriented,
• very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills (English)
• very good conflict management skill
• ability to coordinate a larger number of activities, considering schedules and priorities
• onsite in UAES Shanghai for min. 3 to 4 days per week (depending on the project activities)
• fluent in English, Chinese speaking preferred
• if not Chinese speaking, excellent intercultural competency
