This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View or Sunnyvale

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Senior Manager to partner our Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, you will be deeply embedded in Workplace as that’s where the biggest long-term strategy and critical investment decisions are focused within the CFO organization. In addition, there are various other opportunity areas support broader CFO initiatives, e.g. in Controllership.
We are seeking out a Strategic Finance leader with strong communication skills and high capacity to build relationships with key stakeholders across different CFO leaders. You will be responsible for Strategic Planning & Annual Budgeting, Business Case Development & Investment Analysis, Reporting & Insights, Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration, and Performance Management & Forecasting. You will be part of the G&A Strategic Finance leadership team. The G&A Strategic Finance team’s mission is to help the teams that run LinkedIn – Global Talent, Finance, Legal, and Comms – to support the business better.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 8+ years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of people management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the technology industry
- Experience leading a Strategic Finance team
- Ideally supporting a CFO organization and managing Capex investments and the P&L impact of real estate decisions

The pay range for this role is $182,000- $242,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
