Job Description
You are a technically minded student (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management) who wants to learn how consulting and business development work in practice. In this role, you will support both our acquisition activities and ongoing technical work.
In this role you can expect Business Development Support tasks (~70%) and Construction / Technical Support taks (~30%) as described below.
- Prepare client materials, presentations, and reference cases
- Conduct desk research on clients, markets, and competitors; update CRM entries
- Support proposal processes (RFP coordination, document formatting, compliance checks)
- Help organize client meetings, workshops, and small events; draft meeting notes and follow-ups
- Assist with Technical Due Diligence (document collection, checklists, basic comparisons)
- Support project management teams with documentation, schedules, and coordination
- Interface with design, cost, and supervision teams to gather inputs for offers and reports
Qualifications
- Student of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction/Real Estate (or related technical field)
- First experience or strong interest in the construction/real-estate industry
- Solid MS Office 365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); bonus: basic Excel modeling/Power Query
- Very good Polish and English (spoken & written); German is a plus
- Organized, proactive, communicative; enjoys switching between technical detail and client topics
