VN - Director of Sales

Job Description

• Develop and implement business strategies to optimize revenue from Rooms, Banquets & Cuisine, Other entertainment services (Spa, Swimming pool, Gym).
• Analyze the market and target customers to propose appropriate business strategies, ensuring revenue and profit targets.
• Coordinate with Revenue and Reservation departments to optimize room occupancy.
• Maintain relationships with customers and business partners, while developing and expanding the network of new customers.
• Manage, train the sales staff, ensuring high performance.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Business Administration, Hotel, Tourism or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the hotel business and at least 2 years in a management position.
• Understanding of the Hai Phong Hospitality Services market.
• Good negotiation, leadership and management skills.
