Job Description

• We're looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and delivering
• Marketing projects aimed to support our products and reinforce or establish our position in the local
• gaming industry, as well as overseeing continual review and optimization of Marketing processes
• and deliverables, always aiming to increase the quality of output and ensure that the Evolution Group
• stands out as the leader in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing the marketing strategy and delivery for NetEnt and Red Tiger, including game asset and product launch plans for key releases
• Oversee and plan all aspects of marketing planning for the department, which includes content coordination, Press Releases, Social Media, Brand management, Events amongst other activities;
• Support the department with any workload; help with communicating tasks and deadlines to team members as well coordinate with other departments across group company entities;
• Be the liaison between management and the wider Evolution group;
• Manage and oversee all marketing budgets and external expenditure;
• Implement and enforce any company policies as well as help with management with any internal audits relating to the department;
• Assign all work towards the department as well as be suitable replacement when members of your team are unavailable;
• Managing suppliers and third parties when it comes to merchandising, media outlets and any third party software's;
• Suggesting any improvements to the company’s general image and presentation on in-house, affiliates and third-party platforms;
• Help with organizing any analytical reports to showcase areas of improvements;

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
• At least 5-years of hands on of marketing experience with established companies;
• Goal oriented, flexible, and creative – often while juggling several projects at once;
• You love to come to work and drive daily innovation;
• Ability to understand and analyse trends;
• Proficient with Microsoft suite, Photoshop and illustrator;
• Experience in using WordPress and/or any CMS based sites;
• Extreme level of English competency – both written and spoken;
• You’re organised and able to coordinate your own department;
• Open to receiving feedback and bounce off your colleagues
