Job Title: Vice President of Business Development
Job Summary: ECM Holding Group, Inc is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Business Development in Oshkosh, WI to lead our strategic growth initiatives. The VP of Business Development will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities, fostering key partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing innovative business strategies
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets and expand market share.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive collaborative initiatives.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth areas and potential challenges.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.

- Innovative and forward-thinking, always seeking new ways to create value.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
