As a Corporate Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver world-class training programs. You will play a key role in onboarding new associates, driving professional growth, and helping shape a culture of learning and development across the organization. These skills will be used to:  

  • Improve Associate productivity and engagement through effective project management, coordination, and facilitation of training programs, including (but not limited to) first-day orientation, interactive learning for construction and sales associates. 
  • Assess organizational and individual development needs to drive training initiatives and proactively design and implement learning solutions that close skill and performance gaps. 
  • Ensure all training programs are aligned with business goals and strategies, maintaining high standards of instructional design, content quality, and delivery effectiveness across all modalities. 
  • Conduct assessments and analyses to identify performance, skill, and knowledge gaps, and recommend targeted learning strategies that improve capability and results. 
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through both quantitative and qualitative data, continuously updating content, delivery, and learning activities to ensure improvement. 
  • Support and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including content creation, user management, course assignments, and upkeep of the content library. 
  • Equip leaders across the organization with practical tools, frameworks, and coaching to strengthen onboarding, performance management, and Associate development. 
  • Create, design, and distribute effective content and communication company-wide. Manage and coordinate event registrations, travel, accommodations, and logistics for virtual and in-person learning events. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, communication, psychology, or related field 
  • 3+ years experience in corporate learning, education, sales, and/or construction management 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, timelines, and deliverables 
  • Exceptional communication skills—spoken, written, and visual—with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences 
  • Demonstrated success in creating and facilitating blended learning solutions that integrate digital tools and instructor-led training 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an adult education position 
  • Work experience in new home sales or construction 
  • 2+ years corporate work experience 
  • Experience with a Learning Management System 
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for content creation, learning design, and productivity enhancement 

Physical Demands And Work Environment:

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties that may have mud, ruts, etc. 
  • Must be able to utilize sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) and technology (i.e. cellphone) to effectively communicate with other Associates and customers. 
  • Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc. 
  • Must have the ability to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders. 
  • Must have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday. 
  • Must be able to endure and be exposed to different types of conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes. 
  • Must be able to properly use and wear protective gear provided including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel toed shoes, etc.
