Job Description
The Junior Associate Director is the first management role within Debt Services. The role is designed to support the management team by being a visible leader and effective point of escalation for the operations team. They support the operations team through being a source of knowledge and technical expertise, able to review sensitive deliverables, and imparts knowledge on others. This candidate has strong commercial acumen and can effectively communicate with multiple internal departments or client to create results and meet deadlines.
- Lead daily operations to ensure SLAs are met in an efficient manner
- Perform reviews on setups and credit agreements, or any other deliverables, for the operations team
- Lead client relationships and be a point of escalation
- Fulfill or review ad hoc client requests
- Participate in new service development and support new service rollouts
- Participate in and manage projects to enhance the overall service offering
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in fund administration or relevant financial services in private credit
- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Working level of internal and external presentation skills
