About The Role

We’re growing our talent team and seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale Inflection AI during this next phase of growth. This role is a key partner in building our engineering and AI/ML teams while also strengthening processes as we transition from agency-heavy recruiting to a more in-house model.

This is an onsite role based in Palo Alto, CA. You’ll be expected to work onsite Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays.

What You’Ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles (backend, infra, ML, data) and partner with leaders on occasional non-technical searches as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers/leadership to design and build scalable recruiting processes.
  • Use data and weekly reporting to track bottlenecks, ensure SLA compliance, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Drive pipeline development through sourcing strategies, competitive mapping, employer branding, and events.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to building the foundation of an in-house recruiting function that can scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally across engineering, infra, or AI/ML roles.
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth startups, including helping to set up or scale recruiting processes in ambiguous 0→1 environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple technical searches simultaneously and deliver results efficiently.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies: Boolean, AI recruiting tools, competitive mapping, referrals, and talent intelligence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence senior technical leaders and partner with execs.
  • Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse ideal, but not required) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Employee Pay Disclosures

At Inflection AI, we aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company. For this role, Inflection AI estimates a starting annual base salary to fall within the range of $150,000 to $220,000, depending on a candidate’s qualifications and level of experience. This role also includes a meaningful equity component, allowing employees to share in the long-term success of the company.
