  • Partner closely with the COO to deliver concise daily insights and actionable summaries on key business activities.
  • Lead, train, and coach the Seasonal Retail Associate team to deliver excellent customer service and operational consistency.
  • Ensure staff are sharing product stories, making connections with customers, and upselling / crossselling appropriately.
  • Drive sales performance, monitor metrics (e.g., daily, weekly sales goals), and implement strategies to close gaps.
  • Manage cash handling, POS reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics: inventory shipments, restocks, transfers, shrink control, and merchandising resets.
  • Be on the floor: assist in peak traffic hours, support cover shifts, and step in when needed.
  • Maintain brand standards: uphold visual merchandising guidelines, store presentation, and the Uncommon Goods mission/values.
  • Address and resolve customer escalations in a prompt, thoughtful manner.

Qualifications & Skills
