Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Project Leader to oversee complex infrastructure initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between service providers and clients, ensuring contractual obligations and service quality standards are met consistently. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to managing enterprise-level infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Vendor Management
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and service provider
• Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual terms and performance expectations

• Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across technical domains
• Quality & Compliance Oversight
• Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards
• Identify and resolve issues impacting project timelines or service performance
• Risk & Change Management
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests
• Communicate project status and escalations to stakeholders

• Continuous Improvement

• Recommend process enhancements and technical solutions to improve service delivery
• Support innovation and modernization efforts within the infrastructure landscape
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and service provider

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management within infrastructure or IT services
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud platforms, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and client communications
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
